We recommended a minimum of 2-3 days before the event. - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING - Orders are shipped in time to be delivered ON your specified need by date at the latest - If you are ordering within 13-20 days of your need by date, you will need to purchase the PRIORITY 1-4 DAY shipping upgrade. - If you are ordering 12 days or less before your need by date, you will need to purchase the ExPRESS 1-2 DAY shipping upgrade. - SHIPPING UPGRADE REQUIREMENTS ARE TO ENSURE EVERY CUSTOMER RECEIVES THEIR CUSTOM, HANDMADE COOLERS in TIME. Failure to respond within a timely manner could result in a shipping delay or you being required to upgrade shipping for a on time delivery. Cancellations are accepted, but you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee is to pay for the time we spent creating and/or editing designs for your order.
