This is an approximately 10" paper mache egg shaped box from East Germany, made in the 1960s. It has floral paper inside, which you can see in picture #6. Box sides have the same scene. It has a few spots of discoloration along the edges from normal use wear & the paper lace that goes around the inside edge is a little rough & missing in spots. The ridge that the top of the egg rests on has slipped down in parts, so it does not fit together super tight - this could be repaired, just not by finish - does not affect the picture. Please look at all the pictures as they are a better description than I can tell you. This egg is being sold as is & price of shipping includes insurance.
