If you would like half sizes or something else, order the size closest to it & message me directly so I can make it exact. Vinyl will be no larger on any side than the size you choose. If you choose 5" either the height or width will be 5" depending on the longest side of the design. Vinyl is Oracle 651 & is weatherproof & waterproof. It's perfect for both outdoor & indoor use. There will be no background, as the background becomes whatever you stick it to. Decal will stick to any smooth surface.
