RETURNS: All items are returnable within 7 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Once returned, a refund will be processed minus the original shipping costs & a 10% restocking fee. DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives damaged, please contact immediately with pictures of both the shipping tube & damaged item. A replacement will be sent free of charge, but cannot be done if pictures aren't provided. INCORRECT ADDRESSES: Shop is not responsible for incorrect addresses & orders returned due to being undeliverable. If packages are returned due to such instances, the order will either be cancelled & refunded (minus original shipping costs) or can be shipped again, with the buyer paying re-shipping costs. MISSING ORDERS: If your order never arrives, please message me ASAP. Packages occasionally get lost by the Post Office & I will work with you as best as possible to locate it based on the USPS Tracking information.
