These are open-faced clocks (meaning no glass, no glare!) The clock face's printing is a crisp, bright & fade resistant Giclee print, printed directly on 1/2 inch MDF wood with a nicely rounded, beveled edge. We offer something very unique in this industrya lifetime warranty on the mechanisms. For the first three years, we will replace your mechanism at no cost. Returns Please read carefully. Personalized Clocks are not returnable. We do not accept cancellations. If your clock is not working a new mechanism will be sent, not a new clock. During the first year a mechanism will be sent at no cost. After 1 year, the buyer will pay shipping costs only. Clocks damaged in shipping will be replaced with a clock of the exact design & personalization, not a refund. Our clocks are intended for INDOOR USE ONLY. Exposure to direct sunlight, inclement weather, humidity will damage the face of the clock, as well as the movement. We cannot accept returns for clocks that are kept outside & ruined by the weather. Each of these large wall clocks is custom made to order, even if your name is not put on them. But we really like happy customers. If you are unhappy with your large wall clock, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. It must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery with your Return Authorization Number written on the on the paperwork that came with the clock. We will not accept it without a return authorization number. We will approve the return & you can send it back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & any loss in value. Please ensure the clock is packed in the same packaging it came in with all paperwork & accessories. We will not accept a return without it .
