The collar is made of matching fabric & has a removable bell. Buckle color may vary depending on availability. If you have a specific color buckle in mind please message me ahead of time to see if that option is available. The standard adult size breakaway collar is adjustable to fit a 7-1/2 -11 inch neck. Kitten size collar is adjustable to fit a 6.5-8 neck. Both are 3/8 inch wide. They are lined with interfacing for added strength. The bow measures 3.5 inches long & 2-1/4 wide for regular adult cats & 2-3/4 inches long & 2 inches wide for kittens. I also sell Adult XL collars which are adjustable to fit 11-14 inch neck with a bow tie that is 4 inches long & 2-1/2 inches wide. The bow shown in the pictures is the regular sized adult bow. These collars are not meant to be used with a leash. They are lightweight but strong & very comfortable for your cat.
