This is a magnificent sterling spider pin. The spiders design includes an abdomen of earthy Rutilated Quartz. The Rutilated Quartz has the look of fossilized wood with an interesting surface texture. The diminutive eyes are composed of faceted garnet. The sterling silver of this design is brightly polished & is accented with gold vermeil. The artisan craftsmanship is exquisite with fine realistic detail, very high-end. The overall presence of this piece is both exceptionally artistic & unique. The spider measures a significant 2" & was originally part of an extensive spider pin collection.
