If you need different names please purchase from our individual name listing Please keep in mind that different lengths of names may alter the quantity of names that can fit on each sheet. If all information needed to create your decal is not provided with your purchase, your order could be delayed. If I receive no response to questions about your order by the end of the processing time your purchase will be cancelled & refunded SHIPPING INFO Please check the shipping tab for the current processing time. Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail which is estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days. Priority Mail is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days depending on your location but is not guaranteed. Express Mail is guaranteed 1-2 day delivery depending on your location. Please contact me for more information about shipping upgrades. Choosing a shipping upgrade does not change the processing time, only the shipping time If you need your item(s) by a certain date & that date falls before the listed processing time plus shipping time please contact me BEFORE ordering to make sure I can I can get it to you in time. A rush fee may be needed depending on the size of the order & how soon it is needed. Please note due to due to different computer screen settings color may differ slightly All of my decals are shipped with transfer tape & application instructions All items are shipped usps first class mail with tracking & insurance against loss or damage. Acceptable Application Surfaces Glass Metals (Must be painted with a smooth, glossy enamel.) Vehicles (Must be painted with a smooth, glossy enamel.) Vinyl (Such as Banners, Canopies, flags, etc.) Plastic Fiberglass (Must be painted with a smooth, glossy enamel.) Wood (Must be painted with a smooth, glossy enamel.) Other Painted Surfaces (Paint must be smooth & glossy, vinyl will not stick to oxidized, faded, or peeling paint) Not Recommended Surfaces Cement Raw Lumber Oxidized or faded paint Peeling paint Rubber Raw Metals Oily Surfaces These lists are not comprehensive & there are other acceptable & unacceptable substrates than those listed above. Again, when in doubt, apply the rule that states vinyl will generally adhere well to hard, smooth, glossy & clean surfaces. DIFFERENCES in MATTE & GLOSS VINYL Gloss vinyl has a glossy finish & matte vinyl has a flat finish. As a general rule, matte is for indoor use & gloss is for outdoor use. You can use matte vinyl outdoors, but it will not stick as long as gloss vinyl, & you can use gloss vinyl indoors but it has a sticker adhesive backing & may be harder to remove from walls or other painted surfaces.
