This is a mesophilic (cultures at room temp) starter culture. They are heirloom, so as long as you take care of them they will make sour cream indefinitely. This sour cream has a thick & creamy texture with that sour cream flavor we all love so much! Very easy to make & take care of. You will not be disappointed! You will receive 1 TSP of dehydrated cultures which will start you off making 1 cup for your first batch. Each order includes detailed directions, a care guide, unlimited customer support, & a money back guarantee. PLEASE do not allow cultures to sit in a hot mailbox for an extended period of time Live cultures are shipped on Friday's when I am in town to assure they are handed directly to USPS. FRESH HERBS: Ship within the specified time in the listing description. It varies by herb. Please note that fresh herbs are harvested within 24 hours of shipping. I can only harvest so many pounds at one time. If i have a large amount of orders it may take a little longer than expected. CAPSULES: Ship within 7 business days. Capsules are all made fresh to order & can take longer to process than other items in the shop. DRIED HERBS/POWDERS: Ship within 7 business days. TINCTURES: Ship within 7 business days. OILS: Ship within 10 business days. All infused oils are made fresh per order. Please allow a 5 (business) day grace period for processing orders.
