TIPS FOR APPLYING in COLD/HOT WEATHER: Frequently neglected is the influence of the temperature for excellent adhesion results. Either too low or too high temperature will have an effect on the adhesion power of a sticker. The ideal temperature to apply stickers lies between 50 F & 85 F. Please note: This temperature corresponds to the ambient temperature as well as to the temperature of the substrate itself. APPLYING in COLD TEMPERATURES: If you apply a sticker during a cold temperature, the glue film will be too hard & too thick with the result that the stickers will not stick optimally. To solve this problem you can use a hair blower to heat up the surface. Please be careful with windows to avoid any damage, like breakage of glass. in fact, you can employ some simple tricks. On a cold day you can better apply a sticker later in the afternoon than in the cold morning/evening hours. APPLYING in WARM TEMPERATURES: Examining the effects of very warm temperature leads to opposite effects. The glue film turns to be soft, nearly comparable with a chewing gum. We advise applying in the cool hours of the morning/evening to combat these effects. Once installed within the right circumstances, stickers can resist temperatures between -40 F to + 175 F.
