This listing is for a custom made digital portrait of your home. Turn a photograph of your home into a beautiful keepsake! You may choose to receive a digital copy of the artwork to print yourself OR receive a physical print shipped to you. This artwork makes a unique & thoughtful housewarming gift, moving away gift, or lovely addition to your home decor. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Select Digital Only or Watercolor Print in the size of your choice from the drop down menu. 2. Enter the text you want to include on your artwork along with a font choice. 3. Upload a photograph of your home through Etsy Convos after purchase. Be sure your photo is high resolution & well lit. Include anything noteworthy you'd like included/excluded (trees, landscaping, cars, etc). 4. Keep an eye out for your proof in 1-3 business days. You'll receive a proof via Etsy Convos & I must receive your approval before shipping the artwork. DIGITAL COPY VS ART PRINT: If you select Digital Only, you will receive a PNG file of your custom art by email to print out yourself. You may select the print size you plan on printing at check out if you know it. Otherwise, your artwork will be default 4:5 size. If you need help with resizing or printing, just let me know! Watercolor prints are made from high quality archival matte paper. Each print has approximately 1/2 inch extra paper on all sides so that you can easily mat & frame your new print if you choose to.
