Cover is a cape style & can open up at the top to accommodate play tops Cage cover has a casing at the top with a black paracord drawstring closure. Drawstrings have a black cord lock to adjust the opening at the top & black bell shaped ends. Both cover & skirt can protect your bird from drafts while preventing seeds & bird dander from flying everywhere. The seed & debris will be trapped between the cage & the fabric skirt.
