Description
A piece of art in its own right, this inlay floor section was created as a corner of an intricate floor pattern well over 120 years ago. The pattern is comprised of interlocking pieces made from several different species of wood that have been carefully fitted together. It would be a beautiful wall hanging or could be incorporated into a small table top too. The wood is in excellent condition. This antique flooring section measures approx. 11 1/4" by 10 3/4" by 1 1/2" thick. The back of this piece still has the very small ends of trim nails coming through slightly. These can be clipped or backed with a thin layer of board or even felt to prevent any damaged to a wall if being hung. This item ships free within the US.
