Description
This snappy, vintage 1950's white mesh handbag is ready to use. It has the Whiting & Davis USA stamp & features creamy white Alumesh with gold interlinks, a shiny gold metal frame & a rounded link top handle. The kiss claps works nicely. Note that the original fabric lining has been cut away, but this does not affect the bag. It is perfect order except for the missing lining, which leaves some uneven fabric edges at the corners when the frame is opened. There is some faint cloudy oxidation on one side of the frame & some wear noted on the metal at the clasp. Very faint scratches can be seen on the metal frame. Still presents nicely.
