These are not fabric or ribbon, the design is made in the webbing. 1.5" adjusts from 14"-26" 3/4" adjusts 10"-19" If you have a very large dog or want it smaller than 15" in length please let us know so we are sure we make it perfect for you. Our martingales ARE NOT meant to be used as a primary collar for large heavy pulling dogs or as a training implement. We do not take responsibly for the misuse of these collars.
