Pinata Size & Decoration The approximate size of this pinata is listed in the name of the listing. All pinatas are made to order & may not be 100% identical to the listing photo but will always come very close. All our pinatas have the main design only on the front of the pinata, unless a back side image is attached to the listing. Candy Information Our piñatas are designed to hold 5-10 pounds of candy, with the potential for slightly more, & come with a premade filling hole for convenience. To ensure durability, fill your piñata & lift it; if there's no sagging, it's ready for use. Avoid overfilling to the point where it becomes difficult to lift, ensuring a balance between capacity & ease of handling for an enjoyable celebration Refund & Shipping Policy Pre-Order Communication: Please contact us before placing your order if you need your piñata by a specific date. This allows us to confirm whether the estimated arrival time meets your needs. Post-Order Requests: If you order & then inform us about a specific deadline (either through a message or a note), please understand that refunds will not be issued if the order arrives after your required date. Shipping Speed Selection: You have the option to choose your shipping speed. However, keep in mind that all shipping timelines are estimations & cannot be guaranteed. Creation & Dispatch Time: Our standard process is to craft & ship your piñata within 1-3 days. For those requiring quicker dispatch, an expedited build option is available, reducing build time to 1 day, followed by shipping the next day. Expedited Build Charge Details Orders Placed Between 3 AM & 2 PM PST: Expedited build piñata orders received within this timeframe will be processed the same day & shipped on the next available shipping day, excluding Sundays & federally observed holidays. Example: An order placed at 1 PM on Monday will be shipped by 5 PM on Tuesday. Orders Placed Between 2 PM & 3 AM PST: Orders falling within this window will be processed the next day & shipped on the subsequent available shipping day. Example: An order placed at 7 PM on Monday will be processed on Tuesday & shipped by 5 PM on Wednesday. Exclusions: Please note that "shippable day" refers to business days only, excluding Sundays & any federally observed holidays, as these are not standard shipping days.
