If you need your cards within a guaranteed time then other delivery services are available such as Guaranteed by next day & signed for at additional costs. Can I get a refund if my card does not arrive in time for when I need it? A refund will be issued in full if the card does not arrive in the given time frame if you choose the Guaranteed by next day option. If you choose the first class, a refund will be issued if the card does not arrive after 10 working days of your order date as Royal Mail will trace the item if undelivered after this time. International shipping. (Shipped from the UK) Within Europe: I send my cards via Royal Mail (International Standard) who aim for 3-5 days delivery within Europe.
