A rare find from the 1940s is a pair of vintage Green Moonglow dress clips. Very good condition, very old & they show signs of age & wear. All stones are intact & the clips are secure. Please report the theft to your local police department & provide a copy of the completed "Mail Theft-Mail Not Received" form, the receipt showing submission to the USPS, & the police report, to me, so we will be able to file a claim with USPS for non-delivery. International tracking When ordering/shipping internationally I assume that the buyer is aware of the possible risks. Once the parcel leaves the US borders, unfortunately, I can no longer be held responsible for its destination/tracking. If the receiving country does not enter the customs tracking number into their delivery system, there is no way to make a case for a lost item.
