This is a men's cotton scrub hat, though I work with many women who like this style & have short enough hair that this works well for them. It ties as loose or as tight as you need it. One size fits most. This item is made with 100% cotton, so expect some shrinkage from washing & drying over time. The hats I make are a reasonable size. The bit laying against the forehead is almost 4" tall. It narrows down to about 3" at the back. There are also darts in the back so you don't get that duck tail at the back of your head. Across the top of the head is almost 7" seam to seam. My model Jake's head is about 22 1/2" around. All items individually constructed from a licensed fabric is not an item from that maker.
