The spikes are welded on to the ring & do not come off. I call this my midnight oil slick color pattern because the base is a dark eggplant purple, which contrasts gorgeously with the gold, purple, teals, & greens. Please note that this style has natural variations. Your jewelry will match the general style of what is pictured. The jewelry is hand-anodized by me, & it's made of solid titanium. The anodized coloring is achieved with electricity instead of dyes or paints. That means the color will not chip off or irritate your skin. Your jewelry will be made to order to match the colors pictured in this listing.
