We will take care of the rest. The perfect addition to your home, or a perfect gift for someone special. A one of a kind piece of art, digitally illustrated by hand using a photo selected by you. All prints are Made in the UK by our small team of artists & printed on premium photo paper, ideal for high-quality printing. Ensuring all of our customers receive the perfect print! HOW TO ORDER 1. Pick your print size & the number of characters you would like on your portrait, then enter the background colour (Please see photo for colour options) in the 'Personalisation' box & purchase. 2. Once you have purchased the order, please send a high-resolution photo by contacting us via Etsy message (Attach an image) - please check our image guidelines below (SELECTING THE PERFECT PICTURE) for more information. 3. Our team will get your photo turned into a modern faceless portrait. Once the design has been finalised (within 1-2 working days of ordering) we will send you a watermarked copy to review & confirm. If you are happy with the design we will start production immediately, otherwise, we can make unlimited alterations until you are 100% satisfied. 4. Your personalised portrait will then be processed, printed (1-2 working days) & shipped (Shipping time will depend on location, please see our delivery estimates below). SELECTING THE PERFECT PICTURE First things first, make sure there is enough natural lighting (if possible) when taking the photo & everyone is in focus, please don't use filters. Use a high-resolution image (taken directly from a phone or camera) for best results. If you are still unsure then please message us via Etsy with your picture & we will let you know if it is suitable. ADDITIONAL NOTES Please get in touch if you have any questions at all. Please note, the frame is not included. Physical Print Colours may differ from what you see on your desktop/phone e.g. brightness & resolution settings.
