This Listing is for ONE (1) "I Understood The Assignment" balloon banner ~Size~ Each letter measures approximately 13.5 inches tall when fully inflated. The letter balloons are air-fill only & DO NOT float with helium. The graduation cap balloon is approximately 22 inches tall. You can inflate it with a straw but if you would like for it to float you will need fill it with helium. ~Color~ Colors available are gold, rose gold, black, & hot pink. Color shown is gold ~Assembly~ Your balloons will arrive flat & deflated. You can inflate them with the straw that we provide in your package. We will also provide you with string to hang your banner! You can also tape your balloons directly to the wall/backdrop. ~Delivery~ Please see individual listings for processing times.
