Description
From late 19th century Japan is this lovely Meiji Period blue & white export plate with bamboo plant motifs. Crafted in the late 1800's, the plate measures 8 3/4" in diameter & sits 1 3/8" high. Very faint wear visible in a raking light & there is a small hairline on the underside of the rim. Otherwise, condition is excellent. Thank you for looking & please contact us if you have a question.
