Pair of vintage needlepoint pictures of American wildcats. One picture features a mountain lion (also known as a cougar or panther), & the other shows a bobcat. The artworks were custom-framed under low-glare glass in square frames with a medium brown finish. The pictures have been double-matted, with a slim inner mat in a golden brown color & a wide outer mat in beige with a woven look that coordinates with the fabric the pictures were made on. The mats have a circular opening. The artworks are ready to hang. Writing on the back of one of the pictures identifies the artist as Jane Saddler, with the date 1982. A label on the back of each picture indicates they were framed in Johnson City, Tennessee. Condition: Very good condition. There were some scuff marks on the frames, so I rubbed them down with a finish restorer, which made the scuffs not very noticeable (see final photo).
