This pennant is a souvenir of our nation's capital, Washington, DC. It features the US Capitol. It is soft & floppy unlike newer stiffer pennants. I think it's from the 50s & is in very nice condition. There are a couple of dark flecks on the A. It is clean with just a couple of tiny, barely visible pinholes.
