Framed in gold tone metal, the top rhinestone is red round cut with 3 prongs fanning out & the ends all slightly smaller white round cut rhinestones. Backings are screw on style & can be adjusted to desired fit. Signed P&F on the backs. Overall good/fair condition. Minor tarnish & verdigris/patina.
