Live rooted starter plant zones 4-9. This sunshine-colored fruit has a unique flavor with hints of apricot. These large, sweet, firm berries will liven up tarts, jams & salads. They also freeze well. The hardy & productive plant bears in the first year. Cold-hardy & heat-tolerant. Self-pollinating.. Zones 4-9. Released by the cooperative breeding program of MD, NJ, VA & WI, Anne raspberry has special characteristics. Anne is a large-fruited fall bearer that ripens at the same time as Heritage. Fruit holds a pale yellow color & is highly productive. Anne's excellent size, appearance, & very sweet flavor make it an excellent choice for a yellow fall bearer. You are getting a rooted starter plant, all you need to do is plant & water & make sure it gets sun & your new plant will grow quickly for you & produce years of food for you, friends & family. First Photos is of some of the berries & what the plant will grow into as you can see the berries will ripen into a fully yellow raspberry. Last photos are the plants I sent out I send out oldest plants first, yours may be bigger or smaller, but they grow pretty quickly. The berries do not taste like a normal raspberry, they have a nice sweet slight apricot-ish flavor to them, I eat them straight off the plant & they do not make it into the house. I try to grow interesting & different stuff from what is the norm I do not use pesticides on anything on my property. Plants are grown naturally here in cold WI without chemicals/pesticides.
