Classic black rayon velvet dress circa 1930s-1940s. Belt (not attached) is one size, not adjustable. Could also wear with a different belt of your choice or alter the belt if needed. Pads & gathering to emphasize the shoulders. Gathering at waist also. Hem is slightly longer in the back than the front. Fabric is lightweight & almost semi-sheer. Beautiful black glass decorative buttons on the front. Metal side zipper. Measurements 49" bust 38.5" waist 49 hip 44" length Condition Lovely condition overall with a couple of minor flaws. There are two small holes in the skirt, as shown. Two tiny thin places in the bodice, as shown. A few flatter places in the velvet that could probably be brushed out, but it presents beautifully as is. Please read This item is not new, & as such, it has wear commensurate with age.
