There aren't too many of HAR's "Hillbilly Dog" brooches on the market right now. & the ones I've seen, although adorable, have noticeable enamel chipping. This one is in excellent vintage condition. His enamel is near perfect -there's a few pinpoint specks on the top his hat - tiny - not noticeable but should be mentioned. The rhinestones are clear & sparkly.
