Personalized sign for the off-roading community. Sign measures about 16" in diameter & cut from 16 gauge steel. It comes Powder Coated in several colors to include rusted. The rusted version is chemically aged/rusted & NOT SEALED unless specifically asked to do so at the time of purchase. Rusted signs are made to look old, aged & vary in appearance. We do not control the outcome of the rusted look by manipulating it. Some of them have run marks, some the edges are frayed. Please understand this when ordering a rusted sign. Powder coating is a high-quality polymer resin finish electro-statically sprayed onto the sign. It is then cured in an oven at 400o where it melts the resin powder together. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, & other extreme weather conditions. in turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, & other wear issues.
