It will have the wording on one side, & you can include a picture for the reverse side. You have the option to have the red or the blue background on the front side. For one child you can select the wording that says "ME", for more than one child you can select the wording that says "US". Please send a high quality picture in a "message to seller", please keep in mind it's a square ornament & I have to adjust the picture to make it fit. For this reason it helps if the people in the picture are more towards the center of the picture because they will be cut off when it's adjusted. It helps to send a few pictures so I can choose the one that fits best! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! This is a metal ornament & measures 3.95" x 3.95". The ornament is double sided & the image is printed on both sides. There may be slight color variations between computers & the actual printed product.
