Cute vintage cardboard nursery wall thermometer from the 1960's. Done in thick cardboard, the piece has adorable baby graphics, & a small thermometer. Says "Infant Service" & has an address & phone number. Probably was a doctor office giveaway to expectant Moms. Small plaque measures 6" x 3". Overall good vintage condition with light age related wear along the edges. Not sure if thermometer is accurate, but still an adorable vintage baby decor piece.
