This will only be used if we cannot reach you through Etsy's messages. ITEMS NEEDED FOR DELIVERY: ASHES Less than 1/2 teaspoon of ashes is needed for each piece. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your finished product. Please package the remains in a ziplock bag (preferably a jewelry size baggy) & then in a second one so no remains are lost. Place in a Bubble Envelope & we recommend sending it through the postal service in order to receive a tracking number to watch for their safe arrival. GIFTING: If purchasing as a gift, remains will be sent to the recipient along with the gift unless the buyer would like them returned. If shipping to separate locations, there will be an additional $5.00 shipping fee to deliver gift to one address & remains back to the buyer. We will provide a complimentary card with your personal message to the recipient if you wish. DELIVERY TIME: Due to this being a customized item & to allow for delivery, please allow 7 business days once Love Remains receives the ashes from the buyer.
