This is what I believe to be an old sterling silver & colorful rhinestone hinged bracelet. The bracelet has traditional red & green glass cabochons & large faceted cyclam rhinestone. The hinge is also ornate with matching rhinestone. The rest of the bracelet is ornate with floral etched motifs that have some blue enamel/paint on them. An aged item that is showing signs of wear & a lovely patina. A real collector's item. This is a very nice old piece of ethnic jewelry, any imperfections are attributable to the craftsmanship. I speculate that it might be from Pakistan. Slightly out of round. Uncleaned, some patina on it. Pashtuns are native to the land comprising southern Afghanistan & northwestern Pakistan (which is occasionally referred to as the Pashtunistan region), which is where the majority of the population resides Not marked, but tested as sterling silver. in good vintage condition- one rhinestone is missing & the bracelet had lost its pin, but it closes & stay closed. Measurements: approx. 2.2 inches from left to right + approx. 2.1 inches from back to front - approx. 6 3/4 on mandrel My wrist is approx. 6.5 inches & the bracelet is a little bit snug. Since this item is vintage, it is not unusual to have some flaws or imperfections.
