This listing is for one personalized mug or tumbler. Please use drop down to select which option you would like. About the Mugs/Tumblers ❤️Customize your mug or tumbler with individualized hair colors, skin color, arm poses, clothing, drinks or accessories, & names. Personalized Design will be on one side of the mug with non-customized design or quote as shown in listing photo on the other side of the mug. ❤️The design is permanently printed on the mug with special inks & is not a decal. We do not use vinyl in the creation of our mugs or tumbler products. ❤️Mugs are dishwasher & microwave safe, although we do recommend handwashing to ensure the design remains vibrant for many years to come. ❤️Tumblers are not dishwasher or microwave safe. We recommend hand washing to preserve the double wall seal of the mug & also to ensure that the design does not fade, as it may if exposed to high temperatures from the dishwasher over time. Personalization ❤️Select your preference of hair, clothing, & accessories from the options charts in the photos & fill out the personalization template. ❤️Include the name you would like your mug/tumbler personalized with in the personalization field & ensure that all spelling, punctuation & capitalization is exactly as you would like it on the mug/tumbler. If your name is left uncapitalized, that is how it will appear on the final product. ❤️Please note that Colors may vary slightly as each device interprets colors differently. ❤️If your would like to inquire about an option that is not available on these charts, please message me. I may be able to take custom requests if time permits. ❤️If requesting an option that is not listed or special requirements (make one person taller, huskier, etc). You must select to receive a proof before your item is printed or your request will not be honored. Proof Requests ❤️Please note that a request for a proof is not included in the cost of the listing unless you select that you would like to receive a preview, as we have a high order volume & these requests cause delays to shipping timelines. If you would like a proof, please select the dropdown that says "Yes, send preview". ❤️If preview is selected, I will send you a message through Etsy messages once your design is complete with the proof. This will be on the third business day after purchase. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, I will ship your order as initially outlined in the template & no changes can be made. One design change is included per order when "Yes, send preview" is selected. Any further changes require a design fee per change. Shipping & Processing Times ❤️All mugs are shipped in dense foam boxes inside of a cardboard box. All tumblers are wrapped in tissue paper & packed with paper
