Personalised Heart Shaped Memory Embroidery Patch. A lovely patch to add to a memory bear. Also, the name can be changed at the bottom, it does not have to say Nanny. Please use the personalisation section if needed to change from Nanny. Size of patch is 11cm x 10cm (approx) The size depends on the text you require. VERY IMPORTANT If no details are sent, we will make up the patch exactly that is listed. Application, preheat your iron (high heat) Place the patch sticky side down onto the garment, cover it with a tea towel, press the iron onto the design & press firmly, move the iron around for at least two minutes, remove the tea towel & check around the edges, if there are still parts that did not adhere to the fabric repeat the above steps. in order for the patch to better withstand wear & tear, you might want to stitch it around the edges.
