The 5.6mm Lavor needle can handle worsted to chunky yarns The 4mm needle can perfectly handle 4 or worsted weight yarns The smallest handle & 3 tip set is great for finer weight yarns. The smallest needle can take a 6 strand of floss. Smallest needles work great with cotton cloth. Use monks cloth with the others. The 5.6mm needle can also work with primary rug backing fabric.
