Mid Century Brass Flower Sculpture with Brass Bee on White Rock Base By Sculptor Al Yano Absolutely amazing sculpture! This piece will make a statement in any room it graces, or even on a patio! The sculpture is made out of brass featuring leaves with brass stems & delicate green flowers. flying above the flowers is a bee sculpture on a metal wire so it wiggles around when touched. Signed Al Yano on the circle affixed to the rock base. Stands 10.5" tall to the top of the bee & 8" tall to the top of the flowers. It measures 7" by 7" deep & wide. The rock they branches are affixed to is 6.5" by 4.5" & 2" tall. The methods used to achieve the colors on the leaves & flowers is typically a heat or chemical reaction. As you'll notice in the photos there is some dust & fading occurring. The leaves easily bend so there are also creases in the leaves from this occurring. One leaf appears to have broken off. There is a small stub in the rock base that seems like there would have been a leaf there, but the leaves have been adjusted to cover it nicely. Due to this pieces size & fragile nature shipping will cost up to $40, which is reflected in the price.
