An authentic Art Deco black beaded silk & cream celluloid/bakelite/lucite frame bag dating from around the 1920's Lovely cream cut out design celluloid frame with large push down button fastener Suspended from the frame is a large black silk pouch with beautiful AB black seed bead flower design It has black seed bead fringing & a black silk fabric handle Inside is lined in orange silk with ribbon flower trim & pretty mirror pocket. Approx measurements of the bag as a whole are 10" x 10" (at widest points) As can be clearly seen in the photos the bag is in fabulous clean condition with just a couple of tiny seed beads missing The inside lining also has a few splits which may be repairable & there is slight gapping on the frame but the bag does stay securely closed.
