This beautiful piece is made to order. The hand cut, glass crescent moon is filled with gorgeous, vibrant, real, pressed flowers, butterfly wings & then edged with gorgeous, textured metal. The metal is given a textured edge to mimic the natural feel of tree bark. The metal is given a gorgeous & unique copper patina. The rainbow crystals added to this piece will throw lots of tiny rainbows across the room when the sunlight hits it. The Moon itself measures 8"x6". The crystals hanging from the bottom & the leather strap at the top add height. You can adjust the length of the leather cord. We recommend hanging our pressed flowers pieces out of direct sunlight & instead hang across from a window where the sun can still hit the crystals. Due to the nature of real flowers, they will gradually fax over time. Very bright sunlight speeds up this process. The pieces will still be stunning, just a different colour over time. We use recycled glass so there may be some imperfections in the glass. Please note that all of our butterfly & moth wings are ethically sourced. Because our wings are ethically sourced & not purchased from farms as pristine condition specimens, wings will have imperfections, different sizes, shapes, tones etc. This is what we feel makes them unique & beautiful.
