Vintage Effanbee Composition Baby Doll. I believe this little darling is Sweetie Pie. This is a 1940s era doll. She is composition featuring brown Flirty sleep eyes, close painted mouth, & a light brown lambs wool wig. She comes with the clothes as pictured. She clothes are vintage cotton & are dirty. Condition: Good - light crazing, her previous "mommy" gave her soft wig a hair cut, wear to fingers. See many photos as reference. She is adorable & looking for a new home!
