Description
This BACCHUS is an original of mine... I hand-sculpted him out of wet clay, then made a few plaster molds so he could be reproduced. He is made of high-fire "buff body" clay (similar to terra-cotta) with hand-painted glazes. He is about 7 3/4" square w/very deep relief - the tip of his nose is about 4" from the flat back of the tile. I have also hollowed out the back as much as possible (to lighten the weight) & have either a wire for hanging, or a divot for a screw head - he can be installed into your architecture/tile project. The 4 Bacchus Tiles shown in the numbered photos are what I have on hand - Message me if you would prefer other glaze colors. All my work is handmade, hand drawn/Sculpted & hand glazed - NO TWO WILL BE ExACLY THE SAME. There will be size, design & glaze variations. If you are purchasing an already made item I will do my best to ship it out the following business day - special orders will take 2-3 weeks to create prior to shipping.
