This is a 1800 Era Hand Wrought Cast Iron Coal Iron. It has a Wood Handle. It opens & Hot Coal was put inside of the iron. The Iron measures approx. 7 1/2 inches tall & 6 1/2 inches long when sitting flat. It has a wood handle. There is a wire holding one corner that will needed welded back to fix where the handle is off of the hinge. Actually Good Condition with normal age wear for it's age. No markings that I could find. It weighs 4 lbs & 0.3 ounces. If you have any more questions please ask before you purchase. I ship to the USA. No International Shipping.
