Surface should be clean before applying. -APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS - Rub the top of sticker to make sure it is properly adhered. Clean your surface before applying sticker. Slowly remove backing from the transfer tape. Carefully position the sticker to your desired surface, apply the sticker at an angle & start rubbing from one side to the other. You can use a credit card to go over the sticker a few times, then slowly remove the transfer tape at an angle.
