Designers at Luxe & Brut, Co. will make all customizations for you after purchase. Even if a digital listing is purchased, the item is not an instant download or an editable template. Your order will be customized by us & a digital proof will be sent to you via Etsy Messenger. Proofs normally arrive in 24 hours or less, but please read the FAQ at the bottom of the page for the current first proof turnaround time. If you would like to change the event type, you may submit the request in the personalization form at checkout. Order Process & Proof All invitations & products are completed within 1-3 business days. Invitations will be produced in the order that they are received. Within 1-2 business, I will send you a digital proof of your design via Etsy Messaging. You are able to reply with any changes necessary to the invitation. Once you approve, I will send you a high-resolution print-ready PDF file for you to print at your convenience. Paper Should you request prints, our paper is a luxe 120lb, 17pt thick card stock that features a matte eggshell finish. This is a listing for a digital file. No physical item will be shipped. Due to the nature of the product, refunds can only be issued before the first proof is sent. Once the proof file has been sent, refunds are no longer applicable.
