Chinese porcelain blue & white poem & warriors bitong, a square form brush pot with truncated corners & a white glazed exterior, interior & inset base. The sides are decorated with alternating Chinese poems in fine, blue, kaishu script & blue Chinese warriors. The top & the foot of the brushpot are accented in double blue trim lines. A blue, six character Qianlong reign mark in Zhuanshu script is glazed to the inset base. Circa Republic of China era, no later than mid century. Excellent vintage condition.
