The bee & honeycomb are crafted from brass stampings, the ear wire from sterling silver. About 1 inch long from top of ear wire to bottom of honeycomb. Approximately 1/2 inch wide. Ear wire is sterling silver. Lightweight, comfortable to wear. Nickel free ....our sterling is only silver & copper, & brass is copper & zinc. A gentle reminder of the important place the humble bee has in our natural world. Created, by hand, using traditional silversmithing skills such as soldering for sturdiness, one at a time, in our studio on the coast of northern California.
