OBS03 - Thumbnail specimen of mahogany & black obsidian. This specimen measures approximately 22mm X 30mm X 7mm at its widest & weighs 19 grams which includes the box weight. It is displayed & securely glued in a 1.25" clear cube perky display box. Obsidian is an igneous, naturally occurring volcanic glass that forms when lave erupts from a volcano & cools rapidly with minimal crystal growth.
