Stunning Jones Ball & Poor hinged top teapot. Made of Pure Coin Silver, this vintage masterpiece comes with its own burner stand. Made in Boston between 1846 & 1853. There is a leaf motif that is used on the tilting teapot, as well as, the four feet of the burner stand. The burner stand has a front key to lock the teapot to the stand, & allow it to be tilted for pouring (see video). There is also a back key to lock the teapot, & prevent pouring. You may never see another piece like this one. Works great.
