This is a very sweet piece of Restaurant Ware . I have owned it for about 30 years. Bought it in Washington DC. I call it my bird of paradise. Do not know what pattern it is. It almost is 5" tall (a little under). Great piece of Ritz Carlton Hotel Restaurant Ware. Bottom reads - LAMBERTON SCAmmELL MADE in AMERICA FOR RITZ CARLTON FURNISHED BY NATHAN STRAUS DUPARQU. There is 2 hair lines-one at top & a small one underneath top.see last picture.
